This program is designed with every detail fine tuned. We begin with a thorough detox. Inviting you to begin to eliminate sugar, caffeine and meat several weeks before you arrive, we further those benefits upon arrival. Our private chef prepares gourmet vegetarian cuisine utilizing local produce and expresses his mastery of flavors without the addition of salt, sugar, etc. Each morning we offer warm lemon water as a rich source of nutrients and to flush your digestive system. It also aides in balances pH. Next is yoga and meditation to calm your mind and energize your body. There is nothing better for you than movement and quiet time. Then comes tea and a nutritious breakfast. We then gather our day packs and walking sticks and off we go to the local mountains. Each day we hike between 12-18km, 10-12 miles for us Americans. We return for more amazing, and much needed, lunch before slipping off for a quick reprieve at the pool. Don't get too relaxed because coming up is a variety of exercise classes, workshops and your DAILY massage. By early evening you will be all to ready for the restorative yoga class and scrumptous dinner. Yummm. We wrap up each day with a candlelit conversation to reflect and rejoice. And get ready for tomorrow!
